etc. Staff Spotlight – Cheryl Penn
My name is Cheryl Penn. I have worked at etc. Consignment since 1995. I am privileged and honored to work for Debbie because she is such a blessing!
I grew up in Bethania, North Carolina and resided in California for 10 years. I moved back to North Carolina in 1995 and my family includes my wonderful husband Bob, and beautiful daughter Jessie.
We are avid motorcyclists and our lives are “on the go” for the most part as we spend a lot of time touring our great country. I enjoy riding on our Harley with Bob and get a sense of accomplishment in riding my own Honda GL 1500 trike. I am the proud wife of a Vietnam Marine Veteran. (God Bless the Corps!) We are members of Rolling Thunder® Inc., a non-profit Prisoner-of-War/Missing in Action education and awareness organization. Our mission is to heighten the awareness of missing soldiers that did not return from war and to advocate on behalf of these missing soldiers and their family to hold the government accountable to account for all those who are deployed. They are many other experiences and opportunities that I have had with this great organization.
Just as serving and being a part of Rolling Thunder means the world to me and my family, also working at etc. Consignment for the last 18 years has been a rewarding and inspirational part of my life. I love my country. I love my family. I love my job.
